![]() ![]() ![]() Subject: Not able to Access the Brocade License Portalĭid you manage to somehow overcome this problem? I'm in exactly the same situation (new switches, trying to activate licenses, landing on the same page that doesn't work) Wonder if there's anything I could try before starting the tedious process of contacting IBM and/or Broadcom support. Maybe someone is able to help me with this On the IBM Support Side it also states this is the right way to do this. I'm assuming that my account is still not allowed to access this side even though it says so in the profile The Browser Title says: Access Error - Liferay DXP (See Attachments) I get a "The requested resource is not available". Now it shows that I have access to Brocade Storage Network Licensing.īut every time I try to access this URL: So I created an account and updated the profile with the "Build your profile" option. ![]() The Licenses came in paper form and the instructions state that I need to use the Broadcom Website to generate the License Keys for the Switches. SANSWITCH1 copy tftp license 10.0.0.3 XXXXXXX.xml unit 1 SANSWITCH1Flash Memory Write (8192 bytes per dot). See below on how to get this license on the switch. We recently bought 4 SAN Switches SAN24B-6/Brocade G610 from IBM with additional Port Upgrade Licenses. Once you get the license (usually sent to the end user), you submit your info to Brocade which will then generate the license file you need. I'm not sure if this is even the right place to ask, but I can't open a Ticket because I'm not a Broadcom Customer and I get an error when I try to. I have a problem with the Support Portal. ![]()
